Refund Policy

Want to return your device?

Submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order. Unopened devices (tamper seal intact) get a full refund. Opened devices are assessed on condition — eligible for a full or partial refund after we inspect. Either way, we'll send the pre-paid shipping label.

Consumables (Stelo, Nano Joint, Dab Stick) are all sales final.

Bought through a retailer?

Refunds go through the retailer. But if your device has an issue, reach out to us directly and we'll make it right.
